Re: Let me ask again...
I have been part of many discussions on telling the remedy name to the client and usually
people feel it is ethical to tell them.
To the contrary I once had a homeopath who refused to tell me the remedy because I knew too much about
homeopathy and would not allow it to work!!!! Never agreed with this and it really destroyed any trust between us.
I found it more a controlling thing on her part and told me more about her than it did about her ability to read my case.

Hello!
I can't be sure if this is true or not due to the fact that it came from a guy who hates Obama AND the idea that the US government will try to make vaccinations mandatory and offer no exemption... but if true we need to find out. If you Tweet try to get the message out, and please send the message to friends, family and other groups.
I am not saying it's true, just wanting to know the truth!

Yes I think this is true - I've been watching this unfold.

I am currently seeing a homeopath who will not tell me the name of the remedy I'm on. Early on it was frustrating for me but I also find it a relief. Also, I'm a meddler. For sure I would have taken doses on my own by now! I'm glad I don't know what it is.

LOL, I cannot sign because I can't remember the password for my e-mail address. After you clicked did you see the numbers change Rachel?
If it's true then ... well, I don't know what to say about this Obama administration.
Sigh...........

Mine at one point started suggesting it might be better for both of us if I didn't know what I'd been given, and asked if I was alright with not being told until a few weeks on. The suspense about killed me, but other than that it was good.

Re: Let me ask again...
When a homeopath hears a case.....just relax and allow the healing process to unfold.
I once took a homeopath's case and at the end she suggested a rx to me. The suggested rx was refused/incorrect. Interesting how we see ourselves!
Each case is different but generally most homeopaths don't want to know their prescribed rx. If they think they know their rx...then why see another homeopath?

Re: Let me ask again...
I have been asked not to read a remedy:) I held off for a couple of months, but as I progressed upwards through the potencies I was calm and secure in its application, and so felt I could read it objectively. This was a gentlemens' agreement, not a requirement.

Re: Let me ask again...
What is described is different than a client being outright refused information of their remedy.
When that was done to me, it felt like seeing the average allopath with his/her controlling and totalitarian approach to healing.
If it really is a mutual agreement, that is something else. And there are clients who don’t want to know and that is okay, too.
But clients need to be seen as full participants in their healing and withholding information agains their will really raises a big
red flag in my book.

"I would not go near such a person.
(It's very likely illegal as well)"
Irene
After the first week of feeling that I was having a heart attack every
day....(pain in my shoulder..just once.., a heavy pressure on my chest, hardly
able to move with a big winter coat on) I asked her to send the name of remedy
or at least tell me what an antidote might be. She didn't respond for about a
week and never told me an antidote. I began to wonder if it was hysteria on my
part. And since my feeling about going to a doctor is like going for an IRS
audit only it isn't your receipts they want to see...its all your test
results. I knew I would die before I went to a doctor. I began to wonder about
her motives...but I stuck in there, started taking Hawthorne tincture every
other day, the fish oil pills, a few sips of coffee here and there. I thought
maybe she gave me nothing..a placebo. What I really hate about this experience
is that I feel Iike I've aged ten years. Where is the handbook that says you
might look haggard during a remedy OR if you feel like shit....antidote..find
a new remedy. Then I recall the stories of homeopaths who change a remedy too
soon and ruin a case. But I do know one thing about my symptoms...the more I
think the less I'm concerned about all the symptoms my body is throwing out. I
am perplexed.
