E.E.Case and his working out cases (long)

Hi,
I find that E.E.Case was using Boenninghausen's repertory
for difficult cases and he mentions therein about using
Allen's slips to expedite the labor. Has anyone on this list
ever used these and where to find them. Also if I used to
workout the same case using the Boger's Boenninghausen's
repertory, I find that the nos (grades) are not tallying with
what were mentioned by Case in his book, which I am
reproducing below for the sake of discussion.

"A woman aged fifty years had the appendix removed and a floating kidney
affixed eighteen months previously. She went to the hospital again, was told
by the surgeons that no operation would be of benefit, and was sent home to
die of what was diagnosed cancer-to weak to sit up.
Symptoms :
Stitching pains about the umbilicus after taking food.
Obstinate constipation with torpor of rectum.
Urine very red; no sugar or albumen.
Dry cough hurts lumbar region, right side; worse from motion, cold air,
lying on either side.
No sleep without narcotics.
Vomits food if much is taken at a time.
Very thirsty.
Here no peculiar, characteristic symptom was found. The symptoms must be
worked out numerically with Boenninghausen's repertory. Allen's Slips were
used to expedite the labor.
Nux vomica was so well indicated that a dose of it was given to act while
the study was being made.

After taking Nux, she had some natural sleep and took more food with less
pain.
Five days later these new symptoms were presented :
Dull pan in forehead when waking from sleep; worse from motion.
Eyes so lame that it hurts to move them.
The new symptoms are characteristics of Bryonia, the remedy having the
strongest claim for use in the study.
In three weeks under the influence of Bryonia she became able to eat and
sleep fairly well and strong enough to get about the house.
During this time more new symptoms were shown :
Constipation with ineffectual urging to stool.
Faint stomach at 11 a.m. , wishing husband would come home to dinner.

Soles of feet are so hot at night that they are uncovered.
All these are characteristics of Sulphur, a remedy that was prominent in
the study, and Sulphur completed the cure. That was in 1909 and she is still
able to care for her house and family in a good degree of health.
It should be observed that in the treatment of this case Hahnemann's
instructions (Organon Sec. 169), were followed, viz. : in second and
subsequent prescriptions to give the remedy called for by the new symptoms."
