We Lost

Quick report: Homeopathy Plus lost its case with the ACCC in the Federal Court today. The judgement handed down is 97 pages in total.

I will comment further once I have time to examine it in full.

Thank you to all who have supported us over the past 20 or so months and who wished for a different outcome.

There is more to follow - I will provide more information when it's possible.

Given what was on the news recently of Sydney killings, where the city/Mayor sounded aghast at behavior never seen before, Australia is beginning (?) to publically have mental health issues arising like other progressed Western countries.
In the USA, these type of behaviors are almost a daily event, just Saturday, a psychiatrically undiagnosed young man, said to have had behavior issues since young, in Baltimore shot his girlfriend then took 4 hour bus ride to NYC and killed 2 policeman sitting in their police car. His behavior exacerbated by ongoing racial conflicts we have here stemming from our slavery days, where he posted on social media, he's putting "2 pigs in a blanket," etc.
Homeopathy will be needed and more useful than ever.
Appears Australia is not an aggressive society, time to be on the offense, not defense and not accept defeat.
