Retinal Vein Occlusion

Has anyone had experience treating retinal vein occlusion in someone with rheumatoid arthritis. Have tried Phos and Bothrops, no change so far. Vision loss is severe in right eye.
Help would be appreciated.

Have you looked at remedies known for venous obstruction?
