Hi those in the know about magnesium oil
If you remember I have just changed from the Magnesium Oxide tablets I have taken for years to Magnesium oil but am finding that just 2 sprays a day are still giving me loose stools. Do you think this means I don’t need any magnesium in my body as it has enough?
Thanks
Rochelle

Re: OT question re Magnesium oil
I think you should see what happens when you take *no* magnesium -- you should know if it is helping you, and what it's doing for you! That's my belief in principle, as well as for practical reasons, about any supplement or medication, just my opinion...

Most of the stuff I take I haven’t a clue if it is doing anything for you

Re: OT question re Magnesium oil
Yes. When things really start to work, and you don't have to take someone's or some seller's word that it is good for you, then you gain power. Painting myself with magnesium oil was a real eye opener for me.
