Oh right – the only people I know who have had it seemed to have been “cured” in their 20’s . Possibly had it suppressed by allopathy!!! i.e. your previous question was very relevant. There is a lot I need to find out yet.

Sounds like her JA allopathic treatments were before newer drugs used. Enbrel was introduced in 1999.
I knew someone who developed RA young and took many gold injections.the drug made from gold salts.
Generally, is it possible to develop Aurum symptoms from gold injections?

Interesting, do you know anything behind why the arthritic symptoms stopped -- was it because of a treatment, or for reasons unknown?

And what else changed around the same time -- did the M/E sxs by any chance worsen as the arthritis sxs decreased? (Sorry, just fishing, and of course I would not make that assumption…)

I have no idea – it is in my analysis of the case to ask next time I see her. All her issues seem to have stemmed from when she was less than 6.
Now I have finished my rep on what I have got from the consultation I see that the top Rx is Sepia which she told me she had been given many times. However if only at a 30C………!!! Anyway I have been gathering information but we will see what turns up in 5 weeks when I see her next!!

She has mental and emotional problems mostly and that is what I am treating.

Rochelle,
Sepia is one of the leading anti-sycotic remedies, in BOLD, in Banerjea. It's also a basic one for anti-tubercular.

About 8 or 9 years ago...a time when I had little fear about giving remedies
to someone..a little girl of around 6 years old who was always clinging to her
mother..who was a very independent woman and didn't like it at all...woke up
one day and she couldn't walk. The parents took her to the Children's hospital
and after a lot of tests they said she had juvenile arthritis. The child also
had white blisters on the tip of her tongue a few days before she couldn't
walk. I was so confident that pulsatilla was her remedy that I gave her a 1M
and she felt fine the next couple of days but the blisters came back so I gave
her 30c puls and they went away a couple of days later. They took her back to
the hospital as she was able to walk fine....and they told the parents that
they must have made a mistake. Girl is now 16 and never had another bout.
This all happened in a two week period. Now it is possible the whole thing was
a fluke...and of course, the parents knew nothing of homeopathy and everyone
forgot about the remedies I gave her. If it was the remedies I attribute the
success to treating it so soon before it changed into something else. Then I
was reading minutus everyday and started getting scared about giving anyone
any remedies. I'd really forgotten about this incident.

Wow- that was great!! It shows what our remedies can do if given in the nick of time!! Other examples that come immediately to mind would be Aconite for a cold and Oscill for proper flu!!
