Hi, Jean --

If the article is accurately reporting the research, the times given for maximum "gene activity" (protein production?) in liver and pancreas (in mice) would seem to be, in both cases, about four hours ahead of the traditional Chinese view of maximum energy in their respective main meridians, which may or may not signify some interesting connection. A comment at the article's end does say that the article goes much further in its claims than the original research does (a link to which the commenter provides), so its claims may be somewhat suspect. But there have long been statements along these lines by renowned homoeopathic physicians in relation a number of medicines (Nux vom. and Sulphur particularly come to mind). It seems plausible that even a dynamised medicine's primary effects in a particular organ are mediated by that organ's degree of activity at the time, doesn't it.

Interesting. Thanks!

John

off course Homeopaths have always understood the importance of the time factor.
In many things Allopaths are catching up with us.
