Pyrogenium 200c help

Post by curlybrowntail »

Hello,
I am new to the wonders of homeopathy and would appreciate your guidance.
My dog has had constant vaginal discharge for over two weeks. She received an ultrasound and it showed that her uterus is inflamed (irregular thickened uterine wall) and filled with pus. The allopathic vet diagnosed her with a uterine infection called pyometra, which can become fatal if not spayed.
I have been giving her Pyrogenium 30c for the past 4 days and want to move up to Pyrogenium 200c, but need help with the dosage:
1) How many Pyrogenium 200c pellets do I dissolve in 500ml water?
2) How much and many times per day?
3) Is the dosage different for the first three days and the following days?
For Pyrogenium 30c, I dissolved 3 pellets in 500ml water and gave her 4 doses the first day and 2 doses thereafter (morning and night; 1 teaspoon each). After 3 days, we saw no improvement.
Her Symptoms:
- constant vaginal discharge (white yellowish light greenish color) and uterine inflammation
- restless
- weak hind legs

- frequent urination (has crystals)
Otherwise, she is healthy for a 16-year-old dog and eats well. She has also been taking an antibiotic (prescribed) and immune system-boosting supplements. She weighs 4.6 lbs.
Thank you so much for your help - it means a lot. Please let me know if you need more info.
