Skin application?

My brother is in the ICU of a hospital. He is intubated, failed kidneys, inflamed pancreas, lungs collapsed, feet turning black, liver in not so good shape.
Can I apply mix his remedy in water and apply it to his skin?

I brought my elderly mother in law with Alzheimer’s out of what we thought would be a fatal pneumonia / chest infection with this method because she had an oxygen mask on.. I put the remedy (liquid potency that I made up) onto her wrist. We could not believe that the next day she was sat up in bed eating. She lasted a few more years after that!!
