As homeopaths, it doesn't matter if HIV causes AIDS or not, so why argue?
In this case, the only problem the baby had was being exposed to HIV in utero which could be how the miasm is transferred.
A newborn doesn't yet have a full immune system so possibly couldn't develop AIDS until older
AIDS as a miasm could explain why there are HIV+ who don't develop AIDS
Sometimes miasms need an acute illness to activate them, like having a cold could bring out latent psora.
If AIDS is a miasm then it should be able to be treated as any other miasmatic condition possibly using homeoprophylaxis for susceptible populations for prevention.
