Having thought a bit more about the brief case you presented I would suggest

remedy but sinful thoughts accompany this. We have no such information from
you regarding other mental and emotional states this person experiences. But
I would certainly add this remedy to your research alongside Elaps and
possibly add Trillium as part of some comparative materia medica.
