Hierarchy of sxs?

I have a px who came to me with IBS over a yr ago, she has done very well on nat mur, she sais 90%>.

she has just started with hay fever sxs, where wld i place this in the hierarchy of sxs, wld u say they are going in the correct direction, ie from most important organs to least important organs?
