What rubric's can be taken for the following condition
The pt feel what she does is unique or some thing different from what
others are doing (does not have and psychological problems )
eg, She is cooking some rare dish when she is cooking an ordinary meal.
When she is reading a paper she feels that news is not read by others
,only difference may be, in it will be that it may be a corner news or
the paper may be a edition from other area (district).
When she was studying she fealty what she is studying is not read by
others in her class 'cause she is following another edition of the book
.But she was far below average.
