SEPIA 6x DOSAGE IN A LONG TERM USE

Just to clarify: she cannot tolerate any higher potency (than 6x or 3c₪ of ANY remedy, not just Sepia.

Hi,

How would you safely use Sepia 6x in an old and fragile women, for chronic use?
It's her constitutional similimum. I am very sure of that.

I am unable to give her a higher potency, because any remedy in a higher potency than 6x - causes her strong palpitations and inconvenience and she refuses to take it anymore.

So I will have to help her with only the 6x potency.

I plan to give her 6x for a 1 or 2 months, according to the situation's development.

I an thinking about 1 or maybe 2 doses a day.

I will be grateful for your advice.

Any precautions when using Sepia, and especially in 6x and for a long term use??

She cannot handle LM’s?
And what about just having her sniff the remedy if she is that sensitive.

Hello Rafy,

Are you putting that in water? Would definitely use aqueous dilutions with very few shakes.

Also, look at all the sea remedies (see Mangialavori's work), perhaps sepia is not quite the remedy and another remedy close to sepia may do better. If find when a client is not quite on the right remedy they either do not tolerate it well or the remedy just cannot get them past the problem. More than once I have changed a remedy (like from Rhus tox which should have fit like a glove to Rhus rad which cured. - or from Nat mur which almost cured to Aqua Marina which did cure.)

Can you use the biochemical tissue salts to help build her up?

How about making a water solution of a 6x and having her succuss and take it 1-2 times a day? The potency will be raised, but so infinitesimally that it shouldn't aggravate.

Use the LM series . . Hahnemann designed them for your problem.
