and speaking of cell salts...

Post by Shannon Nelson »

If I begin with the disclaimer that cell salts are "on the fringe of homeopathy" (I think that was the phrase JW used?) and a different-though-related system, can I solicit discussion about them here? I guess I am particularly asking John for his leave. :-)

Recalling that the very-classical and much esteemed David Little speaks highly of them, does that give them standing for discussion here? I would like to explore others' experiences.

Thanks,
Shannon

i'm curious about them too. i have used them a handful of times, using the limited descriptions available in some of the mini-books, and had no success whatsoever.

Thanks Rachel,

Do you remember what the situations were, and what dosage and repetition you used?

I tend to be as interested in what didn't work, as in what did. :-)

My very limited experience with them has been very positive, tho I would think them palliative, not so likely to address susceptibility, but sometimes that's a boon in itself.

hi Shannon. i remember i tried treating a UTI once, unsuccessfully. i don't remember the other situations. in the UTI instance, i gave up, moved on to homeopathy and fixed it up easily. i do believe cell salts work although i am perplexed as to why. i know the schuessler theory about mineral deficiencies etc, but i'm not sure i buy that. i'm guessing it has more to do with drainage, but really i'm no expert.
