It depends on the kind of anemia. Usually iron deficiency also requires supplementation with B-12 and B-6 along with vitamin C, in addition to iron supplementation, in order for the body to create blood. Also, some types of anemia arise due to a deficieny of vitamins B-6 or b-12 but you actually need both b6 and B 12 together because one vitamin helps to activate the other. Just taking B12 can also mask a B6 deficiency.
So, take all these supplements. Also, iron supplements can cause constipation, but taking fiber to remedy the constipation can block iron absorbency, so you have to wait until the iron has been absorbed before you take the fiber to remedy the constipation.

I have a button over my desk at home that says
"I am not messy, I'm creative"
however my office that I receive clients in is much more orderly.
Sometimes i will dishevel it on purpose
in both states of order, i often ask clients if they think it is messy or not.
