Hi,
Lymph massage. Start at the neck. There are lots of videos on the web. At 72, your lymph would be easily clogged. I am trying to put together a blog page on it, but at the moment it is all in Japanese. T
The following are my notes. Very rough. But I hope they help you.
Cross hands lymph massage demonstration I think she has the best demonstration.
Lymph massage of the neck. Simple but detailed enough to repeat by yourself. She may be a little more clear to you.
his guy has the easiest explanation of why.
non technical lecture but very useful metaphors
low pressure drain system pulled by kidneys liver dirty drain system chronic disease caused by the liver and kidney no pulling in toxins fast enough accumulation of toxins around and in the cells. Inflamation some where.
major lymph ducts located below the belly at the groin on the front and the back. The big lymph nodes monitor the traffic from the limbs. Swelling of these central nodes will slow down the process of the smaller capillaries in the limbs. In the limbs you feel numbness, pain in joints, muscles and ligaments. When you have these symptoms, there is a possibility that you have congestion (a traffic jam) in the lymph nodes. In the head, headaches, sinus congestion These lower living docs connect to the kidney and liver. From the liver and kidney they but also fed into the lymph ducts near the clavicle.
eye specifically
Best,
Ellen
