But that would be prevention as we have always done, when in the vicinity of the disease and it would be dangerous to 'get' it.
Ie. smallpox, or whooping cough in an infant exposed and giving a nosode, etc.
Yes, it is their choice to make. But what I see here in the US is people using them in large numbers substituting them for vaccines.
