dog's itchy and smelly ears

Post by Carol Orr »

Due to long flaps...? Can you put calendula oil in the ear? Or some kind of
garlicky goo? Any ideas?

Generally the ears are, along with skin, one of the first places to show the life force trying to push out some disease energy. I would assume there are insults, inherited or acquired through drugs or vaccines, and so would take the whole case. Manual cleaning usually irritates more than it heals. But a bit of lavender in water dropped or sprayed in, or if it's really gunked up, lavender in olive oil and gently wipe - no cotton swabs poked in-, should help soothe. Killing the bugs does not change the cause:)
