Does Lachesis as a chronic remedy have an Acute that goes with it , like Bell is the acute of Calc?

Lachesis, a polychrest, is one of the most under-prescribed remedies.
How can that be? Because of its resemblance to other remedies like Phos,
Sulph, Staph and of course its twin brother, Lyc (the acute of Lachesis).

You have a broad range of action with Lachesis and it is compatible with Aco., Ars., Bell., Bro., Carb. v., Chi., Hep., Hyo., Kali bi., Lac. can., Lyc., Merc., Nit. ac., Nux, Olean., Pho., Pul., Sil., Sul. (pneumonia), Tarent., (Plat. follows Lach. well when Hep. and Lach. fail to evacuate pus from ovarian abscess).
