PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY

Post by Soroush Ebrahimi »

Dear Colleagues

It is PARAMOUNT that we observe full patient confidentiality. It is wrong to identify your patients in an open site like this.

Even if you are sending patient notes to another colleague, it must be done in a secure manner.

There is no NEED to name yr patient at all.

Just, for example, Female 44 yr old, married etc would do as an introduction.

Perhaps Dr Shahrdar would kindly care to add this to his Site Instructions.

Good Healing everyone,
Soroush

Dr.Naval Kumar

Did you really need to advise your patients name and address? Does it help
the case?

Just initials and ages would have sufficed.

Respectfully

Soroush
