Dear falconti et. al.,

I have found exactly the same thing with Natural News. It had to do with the idea of people uploading their consciousness into a computer in order to attain immortality. The article simply repeated certain emotionally laden lies from elsewhere about certain authors that did not say what Natural News said they said. When this became obvious to the most casual observer, did Natural News correct themselves or apologize? No. Therefore Natural News lied in order to garner attention, and they did not care one wit about who they hurt.

Irene,
If you go on pubmed.com and then do a search for the word homeopathy, you will find hundreds of research studies on various homeopathic applications. In fact, if you also do a search for the word homeopathic, you will find even more.
I tend to shy away from sources like Natural News. I have found that they like to crank up the drama and skew "findings" to suit their agenda. Also, I was once researching some information on a product I was interested in and all information, including theirs, just led back to a single web site that was unreliable because they were marketing the said product. So, Natural News clearly just picked up the ball, like everybody else and ran with it without any further investigation. Not very impressive or confidence-inspiring. I wish I could remember what that product was but, right now, it's not coming back to me.

I'd be grateful for any website refs - or emailed ones - that I can use tomorrow Sunday any time till very late or early Mon to include in a deposition for Monday noon filing.

So far have 1918 flu, and abx resistant infection., no chronic cases.

Grateful for help at this last minute please.

Mike Adams, the owner [of Natural News], is truly self-serving and needs to be monitored.

FWIW, United Healhcare, one of the largest insurers in the USA, shows, in their online physician directory, a category for Homeopathy. A search on all of the USA shows two listings, both in Washington state and are Naturopathic Doctors.
You can offer up, Why should one have to "prove" homeopathic efficacy if it is a covered specialty by a major USA health insurer?
They are very picky on what they approve for non-allopathic treatments and usually don't cover many forms of complementary medicine or certain procedures like ozone therapy, etc.
While it won't get you past your unlicensed issue, it could get past an argument of homeopathic validity and having to find cases. I can assure you, United Healthcare is not asking for this proof of the two ND's they are already covering for insurance reimbursements.
Naturopathic Doctors may have greater insurance acceptance in WA state vs others especially as the home of Bastyr University.
Go to https://www.unitedhealthcareonline.com/b2c/index.do
Click on top Physician Directory
Click General Physician Directory
Click first link Options PPO plan
Click left side, All Physician Specialties
Choose in left column Homeopathy
There are 2 ND's, one has 3 locations, all are in WA state.
I would contact these 2 ND's as they show on their websites they include homeopathy and see if they can offer any advice and/or local homeopathic cases.

Yes. WA passed a law i circa 1994, to require insurance cmnpanies to honor alternatie medicine claims for humans.
It has no bearing on my case though. I am accused under veterinary laws.
To answer that you need to meet the DOH's AAG here:-)
She is supposed to interpret the law not invent it, but....
