Thank you Gisela. Do you suppose it will improve my wretched personality? (:->)

I am in therapy right now. I presume that I should not take Arnica 30C until at least a month or so. What say you and others?

Also, does one have to do the wet application. I would think that one pellet in water would be good for a day.

I am 67 years old. Is this mostly just for older people? Just how young can one go with this?
