Hi,
I have been researching and testing its use for about a year now. It has many external uses, such as those mentioned for cleaning, also laundry, garden, with my replacing bleach in every case since bleach is so strong. I found it has improved health very much by use in the environment. I have switched and use almost nothing else except grapefruit seed oil for produce and its other indicated uses. I found that judicious use of H202 for dental areas and as a very occasional use internally has had benefits. Without making any recommendations though as to whether one uses it or not, I have found that 35% food grade pure guaranteed by Garden of Eden hands down, has the best quality and is the cheapest to buy. Included are helpful formulas for mixing for laundry, cleaning, gardening, etc. including warnings for internal use.

Another thing I noticed is the huge difference between drug store H202 and food grade diluted to 3% is the efficacy of the food grade product. Drug store varieties have been known to be contaminated.
