Classical Hom

Post by jtikari »

If one were to suggest that Classical Homeopathy is stuck in an era 250 years ago and needs to progress, there is severe objection to any change. Yet strange types of disciplines are being practised in the name of Homeopathy and not a wimper is heard.
Be it distance healing with a hair as the target or a photo of the patient or even stranger methods that would have Hn pulling his hair out.
But mention molecular properties of a remedy and you will have the 'classical homeopaths' clamouring for your hide.

Dear Jeff
First define 'Classical Homeopathy'.

Much change has happened since Hahnemann passed away. Importantly his Organon 6 came out - yet no many homeopaths have read it cover to cover. (A bit like a Christian who has not read the Bible in full!).
And that is one of the reasons where we have weird and wonderful 'provings' and methods of practise.
Then we have the works of famous Masters of homeopathy who have built on the structure that Hn started, or clarified his methods. For example read David Little on how to use LMs.
Those who follow these principles usually have good practice and achieve fantastic results which is the envy of the rest of the medical practice.
And where have you seen such a reaction where molecular properties of a remedy are discussed?

Jeff,
where have you been. it is a raging argument about calling a practice homeopathic when
it uses all kinds of other things. and you have been the subject of that criticism many times.
no one here has taken the position to never use something else—just don’t call it homeopathy

A weird question Jeff!

You said "mention molecular properties of a remedy and you will have the 'classical homeopaths' clamouring for your hide" and then you ask whether it has been discussed on Mintus (sic)!
If we have not discussed it on Minutus, then it weakens your argument as when I last checked, we regard ourselves pretty classical on Minutus.
You are free to raise the issue.

There is a lot of research done and it is worth going through them to check the properties of remedies at very low dilutions and whether it is possible to differentiate between two remedies at 30C in the lab.
