gastric problem

I have been monitoring this forum for some time and would kindly like to ask for some help if I may? I have had chronic gastric pains for maybe 10 years now. I am now 66. The pains are usually triggered by something I eat like spicy or pepper (even bell pepper), vinegar, pickles, even if I eat oranges several days in succession, bananas, peanuts, fatty foods, black beans, milk. I can eat mashed potatoes, carrots, and other tender or soft and mushy foods that are not irritating to my stomach walls. Pepper and acids also make me frequently urinate at night. I think I have bad digestion causing fermentation producing flatulence and bloating or distended stomach. Eructions are dry and bring a little relief. In the past, I have been able to get rid of the attacks by using Nux V., Pulsatilla, Phosphorous, or Lycopodium, but this current attack, that I have been having now for 3 months, is eating my lunch and I'm losing weight and sleep as a result. Nothing seems to work. The area of the pain is directly between the fork of the rib cage at the bottom of the sternum, and the umbilical button. Pressure on the area doesn't seem to increase or alleviate the pain. The pains wake me up and are worse at sometimes 1 AM, sometimes 2 or 3 AM, and around 5 AM until I eat something for breakfast and then the pain subsides but never totally goes away and have this kind of heavy, unsettled feeling. The pain is more like a burning, boring sensation right in the pit of the area. I have also tried Sulphur, also no results. Because of the burning and also because I prefer warm instead of cold drinks or food, I have tried Arsenic 30 which helped for a few hours and then the pain comes back. I don't want to use it too often.

My constitution is 5 foot 8.5 inches tall, weigh about 165 pounds. Slender more or less and have a tendency for bad posture. Kind of shoulders leaning forward and I like to sit slouched in a chair. Uncomfortable if sit straight up. Pains occasionally in the dorsal area of spine between shoulder blades. My chest is kind of sunken in at the fork of the rib cage. My skin is smooth. No discharges, No warts or moles, except for small wart on my lower left buttocks. I think I am miasm Psora..or maybe tubercular.

Not on any medications, Had a bleeding ulcer after taking an aspirin about 8 years ago and had to go to hospital so I wouldn't bleed to death. Don't have appendices, had a case of gonnorreah maybe 40 years ago and got rid of with Tetramyacin. I haven't taken medications in maybe 8 years. Don't smoke, drink alcohol, and try to eat vegetables and fruits, fish or chicken and an occasional hamburger. Father died of emphacyma but smoked a lot and mother died of a kidney blockage.
My temperament is Choleric I think. I tend to get upset or angry rather easily, tend to worry but not too much, kind of a perfectionist, don't like things half way done, like to travel, I am social but don't like crowds, tend to spend more time alone than with people. Studious type.
