night vitals NET remedies

Is anyone familiar with this product? I have been advised to take this for insomnia, but after doing research on their site it is also advisable to take the day vitals in conjunction with this. Do I need to take both to have it be effective? I wake up every night about 2am and can't go back to sleep. Thanks
