Hair loss

Post by eruditainla »

Any suggestions on how to prevent hair loss for a very healthy 47 year-old woman? I'd appreciate your comments.

Hair loss is indicative of a deep disturbance. I guess the lady has gone or is going through the menopause. You would therefore need to take a full case and especially find out when the hair loss started and was there an emotional reason for it.
At the end of the interview, ask IS THERE ANYTHING THAT YOU HAD DECIDED NOT TO TELL ME?
Good luck

One of MANY things that affect hair loss is Biotin (a B vitamin)

Thanks for the Biotin info. I have been taking Biotin in suggested dosage for the last 10 months and the hair loss has not slowed down. Any other suggestions? Thank you.

Supplements, vitamins etc may help, but the true answer will be in a well taken case as suggested earlier.

There is a Tissue (cell) salt combination which may help. Check your local store where these are sold

do you mean the suggested dose on the bottle? if so i would up that by maybe up to ten times throughout the day divide it up. start with twice as much and keep upping it. biotin is a b vitamin and does not store in the body. prenate vitamins also help. but it takes months to see a difference sometimes you need a good b complex as well to help better absorb the biotin.

Emotional or physical shock, strict fasting diets, etc have all been known to trigger rapid hair loss.
I can’t tell you how many people have suffered hair loss because of shampoos, conditioners, ‘glazes’, coloring agents, etc. Within days of stopping the products, the rate of hair loss slows significantly. Even if one has used a particular products for a long time, check the labels, because every time the manufacturers make something “new and improved”, there might be a new chemical that triggers hair loss.

this made me think of something I saw in the movie "Genetic Roulette", the GMO in our food has been linked with inability to absorb nutrients due to the herbicide Round Up being over sprayed since the GMO plants wont die but all the others will. the Round Up works by blocking the plants ability to absorb nutrients. This coincides with the nations disease rate of Mal-nurushed over wight/obesity rate. As they use more and more of this herbicide and it builds up in the soil, it then leave the soil Mal-nurushed.
This could possibly be a cause of hair loss even if the diet is good but not organic. Maybe an organic juice cleanse would help flush out the toxins leaving her better able for her body to get the nutrients needed for hair
just a thought
also, you can watch this movie free online until the end of Oct or they might have extended it till Nov 6 at
www.geneticroulettemovie.com
if you havent seen it i highly recommend making the time and making sure anyone you care about watches it too.
