Any ideas on rubrics and the whole picture?

Male, 85, suffers from rising of blood pressure.

When the blood pressure is high he has the following Sx:

Occiput, heavy, dull pain, ( it is like line which stretches
from under one ear to the other ear).

Breathing: hard to exhale, when blood pressure is high.

Pulsating in temporal area.

Worse from atmosphere pressure change.
Concomitant:

kidney stone disease,

Gout.

Erysipelas about 20 years ago. But should I put all previous diseases which are not actual l now in in the sx?
