A case of lichens sclerosus

I have a patient with lichens sclerosus, that is, when his penis is erect, the swelling actually tears the skin at the end of his penis (in the glans penis).

Has anyone had experience in treating such a condition?

Yes, in a woman with it in the vulval area in which the folds were starting to shrink and fuse.
