thought I'd send this out as so much concern right now

not sure if truly higher numbers, or more being diagnosed but not confirmed, or vaccine even worse than it used to be (never gave immunity before or now)...........I think probably similar numbers of cases, just not diagnosed in vaccinated before ("it couldn't be pertussis as is vaccinated")

(he does make a bit of a derogatory statement saying that those in the science community are run by semi-autistics - obviously he doesn't know what autism is to make that bigoted remark - I will be letting him know - but so far the book is fascinating - please don't let that statement put you off. Time to educate him also

this product does not list the dosage/cap so you have no idea what you are buying.
the cheap price may be due to a very low potency.

Vitamin K came up in my diabetes research though it is more thought of for bone. Interesting to know the various sub K's and also scroll down is a list of foods with vit K values. Parsley is far superior with kale 2nd, spinach and collard greens close. I've been using dried parsley capsules as it's known to help with frequent urination both as herb and homeopathic remedy and now have increased it's usage. Much easier than eating or juicing parsley. No info yet on any differences between Italian vs. curly parsley varieties.

Actually sweet potato leaves I think, is the best source for K they are so easy to grow but rarely listed as food source in these tables.
Can eat and prepare just like spinach
