That is an excellent repertory your using. I have synthesis which is not as inclusive. I did use many moons ago Bar C for a sebaceous cyst on the neck with wonderful results. Do you mind sharing whose repertory you are using?

Irene, I had unexpected success with one. The person is close relative so I was not going to do it, sent to other homeopath. She prescribed Lyco LM4 then LM5. The whole experience did not sit well with him and he dropped out of the treatment after 2 month, and threatened to surgically remove it.

I've asked to wait, nothing happened the thing was growing bigger, but not too fast. I was giving him Silica 6X once in a while hoping for an inspiration. A year later I gave him Thuja 1M followed up with weekly Thuha 12C (water doses). In about a month he said it started itching and it looked like it has huge pimple. The "pimple" broke and started oozing yellow liquid that gradually became thick as toothpaste. In a period of 2 weeks the whole content has came out. It was not a pretty sight (or smell) and I do not know anybody who is not "heal thyself" enthusiast who would put up with it. But it is all gone now. The place is flat as a pancake with tiny hole in the middle that has been dry for many month.

This is also what happens when a sebaceous cyst gets infected, through rubbing, playing with it even unconsciously as it is an "annoying" presence"....most people then express the contents.
If the inflammation is not too bad, the cyst reforms and the cycle starts again, but if the inflammation was relatively important, the walls of the cyst will eventually scar together and actually ''disappear". Sometimes that cyst wall itself extrudes with the contents and is removed as a "scab".

I am not saying that this treatment did not work, but that there is a more general, deeper reason for the formation of those cysts, which has to be addressed..
One thing I have witnessed in my practice, is that they stop appearing and developing (remember, those cysts are comedones or black pimples that cannot evacuate their contents, hence swell) when dairy products are totally excluded.

I have not treated them specifically, though, just as "by-products" of a general approach.
