Personally I think all this focus on electromagnetic properties of water and "memory of water" is a waste of time and energy; even counterproductive.
The transformative response that many people have to a homeopathic remedy on all levels - physical, mental and especially emotional - are too complicated and extensive to be accounted for by a few electromagnetic frequencies. Even the entire genome of an organism and its environment cant explain its full morphic and behavioral expression. How can a few electromagnetic frequencies explain the radical transformation that homeopathic remedies can induce?
The only advantage of this electromagnetic work is that it might demonstrate that homeopathic remedies are more than just plain water/alcohol/sugar. And it might, might explain some of the superficial effects.
It will never get at the full mechanism of homeopathic remedies.
Science is even recognizing that there is an epigenetic factor which horribly disappoints the mechanistic DNA Determinists.
Instead check out Rupert Sheldrake's work on morphogenetic fields. Its not an easy solution but I think it is the right direction to look for an answer.
Unfortunately speculating on this stuff leads one open to ridicule, so it is better to wait for hard evidence. I just prefer to tell people who question: mechanism unknown; but we know it works on some unknown energetic level because it is a more powerful effect as the substance is more dilute even to the point where it is diluted beyond the point where any of the substance remains. This can be demonstrated in a repeatable scientific experiment called a proving. It remains to be discovered what that energetic medium is.
I think this approach is more honest and less open to ridicule than talking about memory of water, etc. as a mechanism when the evidence is still very tentative.

Science is there to research and explore how things are
and not to dictate how they should be if it is beyond its know-how.
Human being is an electromagnetic entity so to say straight
forward that such substances or like can't be of any influence
on it is underestimating nature's workings over which one has
no complete understanding in the first place.
