where does one order homeopathic remedies in Canada?

I am in Canada, in general we purchase rx from
- Helios
- Homeocan
- Remedia
- Hahnemann Lab
- Homeopathic services
- Boiron
and that is about all
Personally I purchase 90% of my remedies from Helios, if you order 6 or less remedies they are mailed that day

For awhile things were being held up in customs, from the UK, for quite some time.
So that has stopped and getting remedies from Helios OK? Or is there, again, a Helios in Canada?

Hi Sheri
there has been anyh problems with getting rx from Helios for a long time. I find that rx can arrive within 10 days. There is no Helios agenda in Canada, I never had any luck ordering from them. Another possibility is Thomson Pharmacy from Ontario, but I never purchaesd rx from them.
It takes longer for rx to come from Remedia (Austria) or from Hahnemanns Lab!

OK - thanks for telling me (I think you said there 'haven't been any' - typing fast I think

I didn't know what to be telling students. Many years I ago I was having problems getting remedies to some phone consult clients I had in Canada and had heard of problems more recently but hadn't delved into it. Glad all works well for you. I too order from Helios (even though I'm in US). Prices are better - for awhile we had some problems with delay as they weren't allowed to send things airmail on commercial planes earlier in the year (homeland insanity, I mean security). Not sure what is happening now as haven't had to order for awhile.

I have been ordering Rx from Thompsons in Toronto for about 13 years and I have never had a problem with their product. I have also ordered from Boiron and just recently started ordering some product from Helios. I find with Helios you can not order more than 5 remedies at once or it gets stopped at customs and that is a hassle and more cash. So if you get it under 5 remedies you are Ok.

If you order more than 5-6 remedies it take longer to send them but also there is a potential problem at the border not because of the remedies per se, but if you are ordering medicated potencies, the problem is due to inflammability of the rx! That is what I was told few years ago. I normally order 5 -6 remedies and they arrive in a short time. I will look into Thompson in Toronto.
