Dear Neena,

In my repertorization, Merc, Sulph and Lyc come with
high rank. As you have tried Sulph and Lyc, think
about Merc. Sometimes Merc plays an important role as
an intercurrent remedy during an antipsoric treatment.
Maybe after Merc, You can follow with good antipsorics
like Sulph, Lyc,....

Best,

Ardavan

Dear doctors,

hail & hearty! i have already asked to you that after taking the case and on
the basis of the totality of symptoms with the help of repertorisation the
selection of the remedy should be done.

Thanking you and assuring you of my best regards, I remain,

Sincerely Yours,

BJB

Dear Dr Thakkar, Banerjee, all,

YES! It is apparent that this casetaking is not enough
for choosing a remedy and that's why I DIDN'T choose
any remedy and just told Neena to THINK about Merc.
Why Merc? Because if you check the symptoms presented,
Merc covers all with good degree. Now Neena should
check if it covers the totality.

I agree with the point that it is an incomplete
presentation of a case (and maybe Neena has the
complete case and it is just the prominent features of
the case) but I don't think that it is ridiculous.

Sincerely,

Ardavan

Dear Dr Pramod,
you keep focusing on heavy case taking and the repretorisation classically. It is true that we need to take a good case taking and definitely proper repretorisation. But awell experienced Homoeopath or well read homoeopath can prescribe based on a few rubrics or even by intuition according the his/her clinical experience. This is the second time you mention to people that they have not done proper case taking which is a good point, we all need advise but there are different methods of approach to treat patients homoeopathically and numbers of ways to reach the appropriate remedy. in fact some times to use anti-miasmatic remedy as an intercurrent can ease off the matter and give a chance for later on and deeper treatment.
We have to remember if we stock in only one way of treatment whatever is called ( Hahnemannian, Kentian, classic, Layer and so on ) we are not considering individuals. The beauty of Homoeopathy is individualisation so that individual patients need individual ways of treatment. Regarding Neena's case:
a) This person has been on Epileptic drug for years to start with, she is full of toxins, you can see by her being constipated and having skin eruption, already she is
blocked. To start with she needs a good detoxification.
b) She is Epileptic, there is heavy pathological layer there which is hard to expect that the constitutional treatment is the only one while she is still on conventional drug.
Personally I think after a good detox programme, the low dose repeat prescribing would suit her better ( sulph itself is a good detox remedy as well as matching her other symptoms in LM potency is a possibility). Another possibility is to descend the well indicated remedy and not to start a high dose because of her Epileptic problem.
All the Best,
Fatima

Dear DR Neena Bose,
this is not a good case taking in anyway.this is not sufficient tatality to judge the right constitutional medicine for this case
this case laking in the history of patient environment, siblings, pshychological condition, modalities & even associates complain
if you provide complete case taking we can able to help you for selection of right medicine

Dear DR Ardavan,
I do not understand how you have gone through such incomplete & ridiculous case taking, and suggested such constitutional remedy on the basis of such short case taking which is lacking in many front
I would like to have your reportoritation & rubrics on the basis of which you have suggested this medicines
this is not my any sarcastic remarks anybody but I hope it should be taken in healthy case discussion with its lacuna,
thank's lot,

dear mam,

As per regarding Neena's case:

a) This person has been on Epileptic drug for years to start with, she is
full of toxins, you can see by her being constipated and having skin
eruption, already she is blocked. To start with she needs a good
detoxification.

b) She is Epileptic, there is heavy pathological layer there which is hard
to expect that the constitutional treatment is the only one while she is
still on conventional drug.

I was not mean to say that Merc. is not the remedy. It though covers all the
symptoms, but one should have in mind that merc. has a good syphilitic
miasmatic character.

In my openion in fiftymillesimal potency as you have told Sulph should be
prescribed, but the temperament of the patient should be in mind.

Thanking you and assuring you of my best co-operation at all times, I
remain,

Yours,
BJB

Dear Fatima, Neena & all group members
it is good understanding & evolution of allopathic medication side effects in neena bose case ,I really appreciate your endeavored,
this is good philosophy of toxification of patient due to allopathic medication,so in my best approach the right remedy for removing toxification would be nux vomica rather than sulphur, & also it should be in high potency to remove this toxification
but real approach in this case would be look at the various stages of this complicated pathological development
patient having problem of epilepsy, so it is better to understand in which circumstances this epilepsy developed because I feel that their would be great amount of dejection & suppression of emotion which brought about this epilepsy,
skin eruption according to my opinion is nothing but one kind of way out of suppression of emotion & dejection
this case has really taken great amount & depth of discussion so it is my humble request to dr neenabose to furnished further detail to find very peaceful & humanitarian kind of solution & cure of the patient
thank's lot
pramod
