Find the name of the following remedy:

This remedy mostly affects rectum, anus and nipples.

Anal fissure is the prominent feature. There is severe
burning pain before and esp after stool. Burning pain
remains long after stool. Sensation as if 'full of
broken glass' or 'sharp splinters' in rectum. Anal
pain is ameliorated by application of icy cold or very
hot water.

Another important symptom is cracked nipples; esp in
nursing women.

Mentally, the patient is irritable and quarrelsome.
'Desire to die during pains (during and after stool)'

It is compared with Nit-ac, Caust and Aesc.
