Dear all,
I am 9 months pregnant and the latest vaginal microbiology has revealed a low Lactobacillus content which I am to restore with Lactagyn capsules before the delivery.
Is there an alternative, for instance a remedy that elicits the production of Lactobacillus in the vaginal flora? I am not fond of conventional remedies and I doubt that this medication is absolutely harmless towards the baby.

As the body re-balances in general (as it would with treatment under homeopathy, and no doubt other ways as well), the internal flora will tend to rebalance as well. However, that would take time that it seems you do not have, prior to the delivery.
