offlist response - Tonsil and wart problem

Post by D C Rona »

Hi Carol,
They are called cryptic tonsils. I had this and was bullied into surgery as an adult – hugh mistake. That was about 20 years ago. The doctors at that time held that unless they were removed I would have constant strep and severe cardiac problems by 60 or even younger. Note – I have NEVER had any cardiac problems. In my case they did not cause bad breath.

Subject: [Minutus] Tonsil and wart problem
Anyone have a name for tonsils that have indentations in them...little
pockets...(where food collects and gives this 16 year old boy bad breath).

He also has a wart on his finger that looks like a blister and looks like it
should be soft...but it is hard..is that a "horny" wart? It is also perfectly
round. I could only find calc for round warts.
