I can’t find a rubric for constriction of the foreskin. Maybe there is a special name for it which I can’t recall.

Phimosis

An abnormal constriction of the foreskin that prevents it from being drawn back to uncover the glans penis.

there is also
Paraphimosis

A condition in which the prepuce, after being retracted behind the glans penis, is constricted there, and can not be brought forward into place again.

It was Phimosis I was looking for. A child I had in last week was circumcised because of it and I wanted to include this in the rep. It helped me prescribe Thuja for his Molluscum.
