Rafy, one thing it mentions is that some people can tolerate small amounts of the troublesome substances or medications, while others cannot. So probably same would apply to your question of what would be the lowest safe potency, would be individual.

But if it's a chemical issue, extra dilution (esp. of low potency) should help--and I am totally "just guessing"?

Now that Shannon has directed me to a site where G6PD is explained I feel more
qualified to understand your question.
I suppose inhaling a few sniffs of the medication would be the smallest dose.
