rubric help pls

I can find Nose discharge green but the patient insists that it is post nasal discharge that is green. Can anyone find a rubric for this please.

Since I have found now that one (very ashamed!!!) any chance of Pain sinuses stooping agg. I have combined 2 rubrics and ended up with 73 which are in both!!

sinuses are found under nose. Do not know which program you are using but in general people do not use the find functions enough.
just trying to find either nares or sinuses would do.
that said; sinuses are under nose as such but a lot of rubrics relating to sinuses are found in head. for example many headaches related to the eyes, above or eyes, over location under forehead are associated with the frontal sinuses. You guess the rest
