I'll look through those remedies. I saw it in one of my materia medicas. I'm
thinking it was the pura...is that possible? Did "cracking knuckles" exist in
those days? the only other possibility is lectures by murphey...but the print
I remember was from pura.

I just meant the expression of "cracking knuckles". You'd think they say
something like manipulation of the fingers to inspire a clicking sound...but
really do you guys know what mephitis is? So disgusting. Who the hell thought
this up..oh, lets go get a skunk and take the liquid that comes out of his
butt and make a remedy? Seriously...what kind of mind came up with this?
