Need critique in writing a mission statement for Dr. Shahrdar's course

Hi,

I am working on a course mission statement to be given by Dr. Ardavan Shahrdar concerning case analysis. If any experienced person would like to review the mission statement, before I send it around, I would be grateful. We will be asking experienced homeopaths to act as small group leaders. I am still working on the part of the statement that instructions small group leaders. It needs more work. Hopefully with some solid content and good leadership, the level of the conversation will go up. Dr. Shahrdar is among those in the lyghtforce group and the founder of Minutus. This is going to be a course that both the student and the professional will benefit from.
