Warts on necks due to glod

Hi

This is especially written in the Indian context where the women (and men) use gold very much.

I have seen that on the rubbing areas on the necks of these gold chains, warts invariably arise. Even I have some and discontinued wearing my chain. This seems to be in majority of cases. Has anyone dealt with this before ? Will the Aurum met in low potencies will do it ?
