selling my RADAR 9 complete software package with EH 6 also

the other disgusting thing with Radar..............
I bought a new computer with a different printer port (old one was parallel and new one was serial) connection to put the dongle into and they refused to give me a new one or even sell me a new one - said I had to buy a new program. When I was shocked and choking, they said they relied on all of us to keep buying new programs and that we should be happy to do so.

Not a fan of radar anymore.
there are many many cheaper programs out there and find I really don't need it.

While many of us may appreciate much of the work Radar and WHN have done, there are concepts of ethics.
After spending $3000 for a program and then several upgrades over some time, it is pretty outrageous that the
company will not sell an replacement dongel but tries to push people into spending many $100's more, once
again.
For a company that operates in a pretty 'liberal' community, its behavior is hard core capitalist! Even the
right wing corporate moghuls will try to be more service oriented. They know that it is very cheap PR for them.
My EH program has not worked for almot 2 yrs now and my Radar is defunct due to a damaged dongel for
$100.00
I have talked with you and others and listened to the rap about the new upgrades, but to tell the truth, I am
so pissed off, that even if I had the money right now I doubt I would buy another Radar program.

Pretty disappointing. But I find I really don't miss it - do miss the $1000+ I spent to begin with, though

You could *try* a serial to parallel converter ( about 40 $), or maybe
even better a USB to parallel converter (less than 20 $).
