Challenge case of Homeopathy(Mrs.Irum Saleem)

This case has not been correctly presented for homeopathic prescription. How is it possible to select a homeopathic remedy only by concentrating on pathological changes occuring in an organ ? The only available symptom hinting to Bryonia is insufficient to reach an anti syphilitic similar remedy.

At the moment what can one do except suggesting biochemic remedies like calc phos, silicea and calcarea flour etc.

Unhomeopathically one may suggest Strychnia Phos in low potency.

This case may please be presented again with patient's guiding symptoms, past history and family history for arousing members' interest in this case. Till then, above medicines may provide relief.
