Some time ago I published a paper in Hpathy about that remedy, made from the leaves of the camphor laurel that survived and thrived after the Hiroshima atomic bombing.
The drug and remedy Camphora is made from that tree but has been proved as an artificial substance, not as a plant.
Someone on the list told me about a paper by Dr. Vandergucht in the Revue Belge d'Homeopathie, asking if I knew whether the "provings" in that paper were made from the tree.
I finally got my claws on the paper, with thank to my colleague and friend Dr. Jacques Imbrechts. The provings mentioned in that clinical paper are extracted from classical authors, mainly Hugues, Hahnemann, Kent and others and are from the drug Camphor, not the plant.
I thought that whoever asked would appreciate a belated answer........and we still have to proceed with a proving of that tree.......
