Dear Soroush

you are right to some extent but not completely please read Aph 248.
In the beginning when you start LMs it is more or less automatic
repetition every day or every alternate day then as you go along you
adjust the dose.

yes this was re-written but, the main thing is that he states, 'so long as there is continued improvement' and of course the succussions have to change each time as well, to change the degree of dynamization of the rx.
