I don’t wish to be disrespectful in any form. Anything can be used inappropriately and destructively. Please put in your list that water can cause drowning, and sunshine can burn skin, damage eyes, ….. You can take anything to an extreme. The concept that nutrition is an important factor in the overall health of an individual, and that there are circumstances in which supplementation should be considered, does not in any form endorse extremes, overdoses, fads, or the use of synthetic vitamins (which historically have caused most of the ‘damages’ on your list).

The list was to show dangers of vitamins if abused.
When people buy them over the counter and when the manufactures put various chemicals in with them, such as aspartame, then they are NOT safe.
Like with aspartame, these substances can cause chronic problems which the patient and or their GPs may not be aware of and hence mis-diagnose and then further medicate - thus worsening the situation. So once again it is down to the homeopath's detective work to try and find out what is going on.

I think the issue is context. One of the problems we deal with is people not taking personal
responsibility for doing their own research. They skim and respond to advertising glitz. It
doesn't matter what the product is--furniture, toilet paper, aspirin, avandia and supplements.

Why would I accept anything coming from the AMA or BMA on nutrition.
These organizations exist in a drug pushing market and abhor the idea
of holistic healing: homeopathy and nutrition high on their lists of things
to discredit and destroy.
Vit A was proved 'harmful' years ago by giving synthetic vit A to rats at
astronomical potencies for over 6 months in order to even get a reaction
and then the marketing hype began against its use.
It appears that all research coming from the sphere of allopathy is highly
suspect due to economic and political interests on their part.
but thanks for sending anyway
