Dear All
Thought this would be of interest and timely for the work that most
of us do on health care. The first link is from Tim Bolen's site on
the history and organization of the assault on holistic health care
as wellas any physician that doesn't kowtow to the big pharma
status quo.
It is followed by the e-mail received yesterday focusing on the
Natural Health Solution (Rima Laibow) organizing. I suggest

the problem and the solutions.

The North American Health Freedom Movement doesn't always
agree on things. In fact, sometimes I think it sounds like
a family locked into a house with two weeks of snowfall
and too much sugar.
So, when I decided to write an article on "Codex
Alimentarious," I simply started calling people I know,
interested in, and working on, the subject.
What I found was, for the most part, anger, not only at the
Codex situation, but at the frustration facing those trying to
fix the Codex problem. One of the noisiest groups confronting
the Codex issue is the Natural Solutions Foundation and their
Chairman Rima Laibow MD. She has a lot to say, and in much of
what she says, she is at odds with others in the
movement. She gets criticism.
But, Rima has a very large following, and delivers her message
in a manner explicitly designed to create outrage, and outrage
she gets - so her email list, and, consequently, her army of
activists, grows exponentially. Simply put, in my opinion,
people in the Health Freedom Movement see the problems daily,
and they want to see answers. Rima is out there giving them
a clear message, and instructions on what to do about
things - and those things work.
However, a good many people in the North American Health
Freedom Movement do not agree with what she says, or,
sometimes, recommends.
